What Nimo's does with the details you give when you order online.
Who we are
Nimo's, The Cross, Knocklong, Co. Limerick, V35 TY05. Phone 062 43300. We are responsible for the details you give us on this website.
What we collect
- Your name and mobile number.
- For delivery, your address, townland or town, and Eircode if you give it.
- Your email address, only if you give it, to send your receipt and tell you when the order is ready.
- Anything you write in the notes for the shop.
- What you ordered, when, and the total.
We do not take card details on this website. Your basket and the details you type are also kept in your own browser, so they are still there if you go back to the menu. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we need them
To make your order, have it ready or deliver it, and ring you if there is a question about it. That is the only reason: we need them to carry out the order you asked for. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them.
Who sees them
Staff at Nimo's, on the shop's till and on the printed kitchen and delivery tickets. If you give an email address, our email service (Resend) sends the receipt and updates for us and does nothing else with it.
How long we keep them
Only as long as we need them for your order, any question or complaint about it, and our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Ring 062 43300 or call in to the shop. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
